Jean-Philippe Delhom founded Delhom Acoustics in 1995 from a small office in the suburbs of Toulouse. His goal was clear from the beginning: to bring acoustic comfort into spaces where people work, live, learn, and create—and to do so with engineering precision and real human impact.
What started locally—supporting industrial sites, factories, and architects in the Toulouse region—has gradually grown into an international network of agencies across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
As CEO, Jean-Philippe is known for his practical, hands-on leadership. He listens closely, leads calmly, and empowers his teams to think critically and grow with purpose.
Outside the office, his passion for sailing reflects his way of working: navigating complexity with patience, clarity, and direction. More than anything, Jean-Philippe believes that great spaces aren’t just built—they’re felt. And that sound, when treated well, can quietly shape how people experience life.

As General Manager of Delhom Acoustics France, Alexandre plays a key role in shaping the day-to-day rhythm of our Toulouse agency. He leads with a clear focus on aligning people, operations, and strategy—with the goal of helping our team do their best work and clients feel supported every step of the way.

His experience working in Ireland, China, and now back in his native Occitanie gives him a unique blend of global perspective and local understanding. It’s this balance that allows him to guide teams through technical and organizational challenges with both clarity and care.

At Delhom, Alexandre contributes to our broader vision: taying people-driven, and delivering acoustic consultancy that is both rigorous and human. His leadership supports not only the performance of the French agency, but also the culture that holds it together—collaborative, committed, and always evolving.

Liming has been at the heart of Delhom Acoustics’ story in China since the very beginning. Joining the team in 2016, she has grown from one of our first engineers in Shanghai to Director of our China agency. Thanks to her sharp technical expertise, cultural fluency, and unwavering dedication.

With over eight years of experience in acoustic consultancy, Liming has led projects across diverse sectors: workspaces, complex hospitality projects, high-end retail, and industrial facilities. She brings a structured and thoughtful approach to every challenge—balancing design aspirations with noise regulations and acoustic performance. Her work supports complex developments in achieving green building certifications such as LEED, WELL, BREEAM, and China’s Green Building Label.

Trained in France and based in China, Liming bridges local insight with international perspective. She’s a clear communicator, a trusted advisor to clients and teams, and a driving force behind our commitment to shaping sound across Asia.

Loïs Delhom is one of the key figures behind Delhom Acoustics’ global development. Thanks to his experience across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, he has helped the company expand into new markets while staying true to its values of care, quality, and collaboration. Raised in a deeply international environment, Loïs brings a rare cultural fluency to every conversation—able to understand both the spoken and unspoken needs of clients and teams alike. Today, he travels between Europe, Middle-East and Asia, supporting our teams and clients on strategic partnerships and developing new markets. He brings optimism, insight, and motivates those around him to think bigger and go further. A true team player and long-term thinker, Loïs continues to work closely with Jean-Philippe, to define key strategies and shape the future of the company, towards new horizons.

Antoine’s journey with Delhom Acoustics began more than a decade ago, when he joined as an assistant to engineer in the headquarter office. Since then, he has become one of the key pillars of the company, growing into his role as Head of Strategic Projects, and helping shape Delhom’s global expansion.

After starting in France, Antoine played a major role in the development of our presence in Asia Pacific, where he continues to support the growth of our China and Vietnam agencies. Over the years, he has also become a driving force in the Middle East market—actively supporting projects as an acoustic consultant in Dubai and beyond, with the same passion and precision he brings to every collaboration.

From his first love to music, as a composer and musician in a rock band, his passion for sound led him to study building acoustics. Antoine is known for his energy, creativity, and ability to collaborate with all types of teams, from architects and designers to contractors and developers. He has a unique sense of how people experience sound and how acoustic design can elevate that experience.

Whether it’s designing sound with intention, mentoring younger engineers, or developing strategies to bring better acoustic to new sectors, Antoine brings heart, depth, and relentless curiosity. His dedication reflects what Delhom stands for: sound expertise, shared generously.

Originally from Colombia, Fabian brings a unique blend of technical depth, creative thinking, and leadership to his role as Director of Delhom Acoustics Vietnam. Since joining the company as an acoustic consultant, he has grown into one of the key pillars of our Asia-Pacific team—driving the development of our Vietnam agency through clarity, discipline, and a strong sense of purpose.
With a background in industrial design and architectural acoustics, along with a master’s in construction management, Fabian has more than 10 years of experience across Southeast Asia and Latin America. He has led complex projects in the industrial, cultural, and corporate sectors, guiding teams through every phase—from early design to commissioning.
At Delhom, Fabian is not only a project lead, but a team builder. His structured management style, collaborative mindset, and strong connection with clients have been instrumental in shaping how we deliver acoustic excellence in South East Asia. His leadership continues to inspire those around him—and move our mission forward with clarity and care.

Alejandra leads the global marketing team at Delhom Acoustics, overseeing strategy and communication across China, France, Vietnam, the UAE, and international markets. Together with her team, she ensures that Delhom’s vision is expressed clearly, consistently, and meaningfully in every region and through every channel.

With a blend of creativity and structure, Alejandra has helped shape Delhom from a technical consultancy into a brand that feels human, inspiring, and emotionally connected. She believes that acoustics deserve greater awareness, because how we hear shapes how we feel. Her mission is to help people understand the essential role of sound in our daily lives — and the value that acoustic engineers brings to every project.

She enjoys solving challenges, improving processes, and coming up with new ideas. With a mindset rooted in continuous learning, Alejandra encourages creativity and believes that progress often starts by simply trying — and trying again.

For her, marketing is not just about visibility. It’s about making acoustics relatable and memorable, and translating complex engineering into something people truly understand and connect with.

With over 25 years at Delhom Acoustics, Vincent has been part of the journey since the very beginning. He was among the first to join the team—back when the office was a backyard in Toulouse—working side by side with our founder on the company’s earliest projects.

Today, he is one of our most experienced engineers and a reference in industrial acoustics. From large-scale factories to complex heavy-process environments, Vincent brings calm, precision, and deep technical insight to every challenge.

Whether it’s vibration analysis, noise control, or ensuring regulatory compliance, his work consistently transforms demanding sites into safer and more comfortable workplaces. His quiet strength and eye for detail continue to shape our projects—and inspire our team.

Laurent has been a driving force at Delhom Acoustics for over 14 years. As Technical Director, he plays a key role in guiding some of our most complex and impactful projects—across education, healthcare, and large-scale mixed-use developments—all throughout France.

He brings 20 years of expertise in project delivery, acoustic standards, and noise impact assessments, particularly in environments where regulatory compliance and comfort must align. Known for his technical precision and calm leadership, Laurent is deeply committed to supporting his team and mentoring the next generation of engineers.

Beyond his technical contributions, Laurent helps maintain the high standards that define our work. His steady presence and long-term vision continue to shape the way we deliver projects, collaborate as a team, and grow as a company.
