Located in the heart of Sun Premier Village Primavera, the Phu Quoc Sales Center was designed as a multi-functional space blending hospitality, commerce, and immersive brand experience. Within a single building, it combines a large-scale ballroom, a private cinema, a property sales gallery, meeting rooms, and Sun Group’s administrative offices. Each of these spaces serves a distinct purpose—with its own acoustic requirements.
The ballroom, comparable in scale to a cathedral, posed a major challenge in controlling reverberation time and ensuring speech intelligibility during events. The cinema and technical equipment rooms demanded high sound insulation, while public and office areas required low background noise and a balanced soundscape. The project’s ambition was clear: to deliver not only beauty, but acoustic excellence—ensuring that every function within the space could operate seamlessly without interference or discomfort.
Thanks to a longstanding collaboration with Sun Group, Delhom Acoustics was brought in at the very beginning of the design phase—a key factor in the project’s success. Early involvement allowed us to align with the vision of interior designer Bill Bensley and integrate acoustic performance without compromising aesthetics.
Our role focused on the building’s sensitive zones. We defined reverberation targets and designed tailored absorption treatments for the ballroom, cinema, and lobby. We engineered high-performance insulation between technical rooms and nearby occupied spaces to prevent sound intrusion. Special attention was given to HVAC systems, where we controlled background noise through airflow analysis and damping strategies. Throughout, we worked with the design team to propose acoustic materials—walls, ceilings, finishes—that respected the visual identity while delivering comfort and control.
Today, the Phu Quoc Sales Center offers an exceptionally refined auditory experience across all its functions. The ballroom supports crystal-clear speech, even in high-capacity events. The cinema delivers immersive sound, while administrative and commercial zones maintain a calm and focused ambiance. By embedding acoustic design into the project from the outset, Sun Group ensured the venue could operate as a true multi-purpose destination—one that supports connection, experience, and hospitality at the highest level.
